At HOA meeting on December 12, 2016, the 2017 budget was approved. This budget increases the monthly assessment to $200.00 effective January 1, 2017. A copy of that budget can be found below.
Also at that meeting, Steve Floress and Dana Trainor were elected to two year terms on the Board of Directors.
The Board would like to remind residents of the following:
–Trash cans are to be moved to the street no sooner than dark the day prior to trash collection and removed back to the garage no later than dark the day of collection
–If you aren’t able to park in your garage, please park fully into the guest spaces so as to not block others garage doors.
–Ice melt buckets have been provided for each unit. If you need your bucket refilled, please notify Bay Property Services.
